| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 로봇 에이전트 기반 요식 고객 서비스 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로서, 요식업소에서 일어나는 고객의 방문에서 메뉴 주문과 서비스 제공 및 결제에 이르는 일련의 과정에서 다수의 서비스 로봇을 이용하여 차별화된 서비스를 고객에게 제공하는 로봇 에이전트 기반 요식 고객 서비스 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 로봇 에이전트 기반 요식 고객 서비스 시스템에 있어서, 고객의 아이디를 식별하여 고객정보를 전송하는 고객인식장치와, 고객의 요구사항에 해당하는 주문정보를 입력받아 해당 서비스를 제공하는 로봇장치와, 고객인식장치 및 로봇장치를 무선 네트워크로 연결하여 고객정보를 수신하고, 고객정보를 활용하여 이용 성향을 분석하며, 고객정보 및 분석결과를 데이터베이스화하고 해당 서비스를 제공할 로봇장치에 고객의 주문정보에 해당하는 서비스를 제공하도록 로봇장치로 서비스 제어신호를 전송하는 서버장치를 포함한다. 상기와 같은 본 발명은 로봇을 통하여 카운터의 직원과 고객이 네트워크로 연결되어 고객의 이용성향을 분석 및 활용하는 효과가 있다. | - |
