인삼 유래의 신규한 ＵＤＰ-당전이효소 및 이의 용도Novel UDP-glycosyltransferase derived from ginseng and use thereof
본 연구는 신규 우리딘 이인산(UDP)-당전이 효소에 관한 것으로 특히 고려인삼 유래의 신규 UDP-당전이 효소 및 그 용도에 관한 것으로 프로토파낙사디올(PPD)-타입의 긴세노시드를 전환해 글리코실화된 긴세노시드를 제조하는 방법, PPD-타입의 긴세노시드를 상기 UDP-당전이 효소, 형질 전환체 또는 그 배양물을 유효성분으로서 포함한 글리코실화된 긴세노시드로 전환하는 조성물인 MeJA(자스몬산 메틸)를 이용하여 UDP-당전이 효소의 발현을 증가시키는 방법 및 MeJA를 유효성분으로서 포함한 UDP-당전이 효소의 발현을 증가시키는 조성물에 관한 것이다.
