| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 부피 성형 가공시 전단 마찰 인자의 산출을 위하여 후방 압출 방식으로 압출 부재에 팁을 형성하는 팁 시험 장치, 이를 이용한 전단 마찰 인자의 측정 방법 및 윤활제 특성 평가 방법을 개시한다. 본 발명의 팁 시험장치는 압출 부재가 삽입되는 금형 구멍이 형성되는 금형; 금형 구멍과 동중심으로 삽입되며 압출 부재를 가압하는 펀치; 펀치와 대면되도록 금형 구멍에 삽입되어 압출 부재를 지지하는 보조 금형; 금형 구멍에 삽입되는 원기둥 형상으로서 압출 부재가 끼워진 상태로 금형 구멍에 삽입되어 압출 부재를 금형 구멍과 동중심에 정렬하며, 압출 부재를 눌러 압출 부재에 예압을 주는 예압 수단을 유입할 수 있는 센터링 수단 구멍을 갖는 센터링 수단; 을 포함한다. | - |
