유기용매에 용해된 생체분자가 자기조립된 3-차원적 네트워크 구조의 생체분자 유기젤, 크세로젤 및 이들의 제조방법이 개시된다. 상기 3-차원적 네트워크 구조의 생체분자 유기젤을 제조하는 방법은 유전상수(dielectric constant)가 4 내지 25인 극성 유기용매에 생체분자를 용해시켜, 상기 생체분자를 자기조립시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
