초기 동작 시간이 단축된 전기화학식 이산화탄소 감지센서Electrochemical Sensor for Detecting Carbon Dioxide Having Reduced Initial Operating Time
본 발명의 이산화탄소 감지센서는 고체전해질; 상기 고체전해질에 형성되는 기준전극 및 감지전극; 상기 기준전극 및 감지전극과 각각 연결되어 연장되는 한 쌍의 기전력 리드선;을 포함하여 구성되어, 상기 고체전해질, 상기 기준전극 및 상기 감지전극의 표면의 일부에 접촉하여 소수성 물질의 코팅층이 형성되어 있는 특징이 있다. 본 발명의 이산화탄소 감지센서는 소수성 물질로 구성된 코팅층에 의해, 수분 및 기타 오염물질에 의한 기준전극 및 전해질층의 열화가 방지되어 기존 센서보다 월등히 빠른 초기 구동시간을 확보할 수 있으며, 신뢰성 높은 측정결과를 얻을 수 있는 장점이 있다.
