본 발명은 원하는 나노물질의 특성과 구조를 얻기 위해 그 중앙에 분화구 모양의 홀(hole) 구조를 갖는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매, 플라즈마 에칭과 화학적 에칭 공정(PTCE 공정)을 포함하는 나노크기의 금속분화 촉매의 제조방법 및 상기 금속분화 촉매를 이용하여 제조된 나노물질에 관한 것이다.
