| dc.description.abstract | 본 발명은 제어유체를 이용한 디지털 밸브 및 디지털 밸브 구동 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 제어유체로 미세 채널에 유입된 유체를 선택적으로 차단 및 통과시킬 수 있는 제어유체를 이용한 디지털 밸브 및 디지털 밸브 구동 방법에 관한 것으로, 최소한의 외부 포트로 다수의 밸브를 선택적으로 개폐시킬 수 있는 랩온어칩 상의 디지털 밸브 및 디지털 밸브 구동 방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로서, 그 기술적 구성은 랩온어칩에서 유체가 주입된 유체 유입부로부터 상기 유체가 이동 및 유체 배출구로 배출될 수 있는 미세 유로인 유체 채널;상기 유체 채널 간에 상기 유체의 이동을 제어할 수 있는 제어유체가 수용되도록 형성되어 유체 채널을 개폐할 수 있는 제어유체 수용부; 상기 제어유체 수용부로 상기 제어유체를 주입하는 제어유체 주입부로부터 상기 제어유체가 이동 및 제어유체 배출구로 배출될 수 있는 제어유체 채널; 을 포함하며 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. | - |
