| dc.description.abstract | 접는 방식의 단락 패치 안테나가 탑재된 SiP 및 그 설계 방법이 개시된다. 접는 방식의 단락 패치 안테나가 탑재된 SiP는 제 1 및 제 3 레이어, 상기 제 1 및 제 3 레이어 사이에 배치되는 제 2 레이어 및 상기 제 1 및 제 3 레이어에 접지면이 형성되며 상기 제 2 레이어에 패치가 형성되는 접는 방식의 단락 패치 안테나로 구성된다. 따라서, SiP 내에 접는 방식의 단락 패치 안테나가 삽입되도록 함으로써, SiP에서 안테나의 소형화 및 성능 개선을 이룰 수 있다. | - |
