본 발명은 정전하를 이용한 유리 절단 방법 및 그의 유리 절단 장치에 관한 것으로, 유리판에 크랙을 형성한 후 유리판에 정전하를 분포시켜 같은 극의 전하가 서로 반발하는 힘에 의해 크랙면에 척력을 발생시켜 크랙이 진행되도록 함으로써 유리판을 절단할 수 있다.
