| dc.description.abstract | 클럭 분배 장치는 적어도 하나의 클럭 신호 추출점을 갖는 클럭 평판과, 상기 클럭 평판에 평행하게 배치된 기준 평판으로 구성된 평판 쌍, 상기 기준 평판 쌍 사이에 연결되는 인덕터 및 상기 적어도 하나의 클럭 신호 추출점과 외부의 회로를 전기적으로 연결하기 위한 연결 경로를 포한다. 상기 인덕터는 상기 평판 쌍에서 소정의 주파수를 가진 공진 신호가 발생시키는 인덕턴스를 가지도록 조절될 수 있다. | - |
