dc.description.abstract | PEM(Proton Exchange Membrane) fuel cell was selected as a power plant of a UAV as it delivers power output higher than other types of fuel cell. PEM fuel cell consists of four main parts; membrane, electrode, GDL(Gas Diffusion Layer) and bipolar plate. This paper presented the fabrication process of the photosensitive glass bipolar plate for a compactness and a light weight that are necessaries for UAV systems. The glass bipolar plate is made of an anode layer, a cathode layer, a separation layer and an electrode. The fabrication methods on photosensitive glass for each parts were developed. Thermal bonding technique was used in assembly procedure. Aluminum insert was used to improve an electric conductivity. | en |
