dc.description.abstractThere has been a dramatic increase in the use of XML data to deliver information over the Web. Many Web sites are now publishing feeds (most commonly known as RSS; often called really simple syndication) for their subscribers. To improve performance of content syndication system, history based pattern learning approaches are mainly used. This paper proposes a new feed querying scheme which is used in web feed aggregator. Heuristic approach is adopted to handle various feed publishing pattern. The simulation confirms that proposed scheme shows performance improvements in both item missing probability and post-it delay compared with conventional studies.-
