dc.description.abstract | In the present study, three types of micro-sensors developed for experimental investigation of fluid flow and heat transfer in microstructures are introduced. The micro-sensors can be used to measure temperature distributions at the surface of a microstructure and mass flow rates passing through it. It is followed by a description of a method for modeling transport phenomena in microstructures.
