Since the era of web 2.0, tagging has become popular and a lot of studies were done about tagging system.
In an attempt to analyze the performance of each tag, the concept of ‘tag quality’ was designed. However, tag
quality does not reflect real use of tags. In this study, an experiment was conducted to explore what attributes of
tags really determine the performance of tags. The attributes of tags used are tag frequency, tag centrality, tag
