In this thesis, we study the achievable outage rate region for the K-user multiple-input single-output (MISO) interference channel (IFC) with the assumption that only channel distribution information (CDI) is available at the transmitters and interference is treated as noise. Our main result is to parametrize the Pareto boundary of outage rate region for the K-user MISO IFC with K(K-1) real interference power constraint parameters. Moreover, it is shown that only K parameters are enough to achieve all the Pareto boundary of the outage rate region for the K-user MISO Kronecker IFC. A distributed convex beam design algorithm is proposed for given interference power constraint. We also provide a necessary condition for the Pareto optimal point. A decentralized beam design algorithm at each transmitter is proposed based on the necessary condition. In addtion, we propose an effective decentralized algorithm for the K-user MISO Kronecker IFC.
