dc.description.abstract | In this paper, we introduce an efficient anonymous authen-tication protocol in Vehicular Ad-hoc Networks (VANETs) to resolvethe issue on anonymous authentication for communication between road-side units and vehicles. Our proposed protocol cannot only guaranteeprivacy, anonymity, and other basic cryptographic requirements but alsoprovide traceability of illegal users.
