Analytical calculation of radiated emissions from rectangular power bus using embedded capacitor in high-speed packages and PCBs

Abstract

We propose a method of analytical calculation of radiated emissions front a rectangular power bus using all embedded capacitor. Using this method, the radiated emissions of the test package are calculated accurately and the calculation is verified by far-field measurement in an anechoic chamber.
