Demonstration of All-optical Switch by Directly Modulated Single Mode Fabry-Perot Laser Diode
We present all-optical 1×2 switch with directly modulated single mode Fabry-Perot laser diode. The main feature of proposed switch is its tunability of wavelength, all-optically controlled and maintaining the same data format at output ports.
