dc.description.abstract | Nanostructured poly-dimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate was fabricated to print micro conductive line patterns. The surface structure of anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) was used as a PDMS molder, and 200~250nm size nanostructure was made on PDMS surface In our experiments, aluminum was treated by typical two step anodizings in 0.9M phosphoric acid solution. Through PDMS molding process, nanostructure was generated on PDMS. In this study, gravure offset printing process is used as a printing method. Roll to plate printer was set up to mimic roll to roll printer. Gravure plate is fabricated on a silicon wafer through anisotropic etching. | - |
