Aerosol jet printing system that consists of ultrasonic atomizer and converging nozzle with micro-capillary is non-contact process, allowing conductive patterning over existing structure as well as low-cost method for printed electronics. When patterning the conductive line on glass substrate, it was heated at 120℃ to deal with coffee stain effect. In addition, in order to get a better conductivity in patterned line, the sintering process as after-treatment is very important. In this study, we investigate the sintering effect(~450℃) of Ag nano particle(~50㎚) to achieve better electric characteristics.
