dc.description.abstractWe study the relation between surface nano-pattern and PCE of organic solar cells. the absorption of active layer can be increased by scatternig of incident light which leads to increase the path length of light. we also study on the different phase separation of P3HT/PCBM by patternig methods and its effect to PCE of solar cells.-
