dc.description.abstractIn this paper, we deal with the codebook based precoder of multiuser multiple-input multiple-out (MIMO) downlink system in IEEE 802.16m. First, we survey the requirements and descriptions of IEEE 802.16m standard recently drafted and consider the codebook based precoding for single user MIMO. Then, we indicate the problem of lack of multiuser MIMO schemes which reduce the inter user interference and allocate the same resource to several users. In addition, we introduce multiuser MIMO schemes in 3GPP Long-Term Evolution (LTE) standard and apply it to IEEE 802.16m codebook precoding.-
