dc.description.abstract | The research suggests a muli-degree of freedom linear actuator which works due to change of friction and frequency change between sliders and a driving rod. Derived equation satisfies friction between sliders and a driving rod in each section of the rod. By tuning frequencies, each slider's independent movement control is possible when vibration transfers from the piezo to the tip of the rod. | - |
