dc.description.abstract | In this paper we introduce results on numerical analyses of impact type linear actuator. Impact type linear actuator consists of fixed member, piezoelectric element, driving rod and slider. In numerical analysis, inertia force of slider and friction force between slider and driving rod are used. LuGre fiction model is used to describe friction force. In simulation results, we confirmed a stick-slip motion at low frequency and slip-slip motion at high frequency. And the results of velocity and resolution according to diverse input voltage shapes are shown. This result can provide appropriate driving signal for fast and high resolution driving. | - |
