建設業의 合理的인 原價節減을 위한 EXPERT SYSTEM 開發에 관한 硏究

Abstract

Recently, the models of the Rational Cost Reduction Methodology, which can reduce the cost and enhance the function and quality of the building, have been being presented in the domestic construction industry. But in case of introducing and applicating this new methodology, the bottle-neck is brought forth because of time restriction and over-weight business in construction site. The purpose of this paper is to present the efficient method for introduction and application of the Rational Cost Reduction Methodology. Using the concept of Artificial Intelligence and Software Engineering, it is intended that the Expert System, which provide the knowledge of the process of this methodology, explanation function, necessary knowledge information, convenient user interface, and so on, be developed.
