We calculate the magnetic field dependence of the density of states and the conductances in the phase separation region using Monte Carlo simulations and Green function techniques. The conductances increase greatly in the presence of external magnetic fields, indicating a metal-insulator transition. We also find that the pseudogap results a mixed phase of metallic and insulating states.-
