dc.description.abstractThis paper provides the state-of-the-art on two-phase flow pattern and heat transfer characteristics in channels with small hydraulic diameters. The topics discussed in the present paper include flow patterns and their transition criteria, property effects on flow pattern, void fraction, pressure drop, and two-phase flow heat transfer(boiling and condensation) in capillary tubes or narrow rectangular channels.-
