Enantioselective conjugate radical addition to alpha '-phenylsulfonyl enones
Enantioselective conjugate addition reactions of alkyl radicals to alpha '-phenylsulfonyl enones are described. A bis-oxazoline-zinc triflate complex proved to be an effective catalyst leading to high enantioselectivities and chemical yields. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
