dc.description.abstractFull-color mesophase silicate thin film phosphors incorporated with rare earth ions and photosensitizers exhibit multicolor photoluminescence that covere the whole visible range under UV excitation. The multiple colors can be finely tuned by varying the relative concentrations of the RE trivalent ions and photosensitizers. The mesophase silica thin films have promising applications in display field.-
