자동차 배기가스용 NOx센서의 감도향상를 위한 새로운 산화물 감지물질과 변형된 혼합전위 센서의 개발 The development of new oxide materials and modified mixed potential sensing method for highly sensitive NOx sensor

The sensing characteristics of new oxide sensing materials, NiO, NiO-YSZ and CuO, were evaluated at the temperatureof 700oC in 10 % O ₂ containing atmosphere. Through simultaneous response to NO₂ and NO, the sensing mechanismof oxide electrode was studied and the relation of EMF and NO/NO₂ concentrations was elucidated. Moreover, for highlysensitive NOx sensor, modified mixed potential sensor which has at least two oxide electrodes was proposed.
