강유전체 박막의 화학적 제조
강유전체 특히 PLZT계 박막의 화학적 증착법인 졸겔법과 기상화학증착법에 의한 증착연구에 대한 문헌을 토대로 졸겔법과 기상화학증착법의 원리 및 특징들을 살펴보고 현재 본 연구원의 연구결과를 간단히 소개하고자 한다.
