The information systems and technology become the most important in our life. Most of governments have plans to implement IT and e-Government in all of their job processing and communication tools. Yemen is a developing country that is trying to implement e-Government and looking for an appropriate e-Government model to enhance and provide the people with the best and fastest services that meet their requirements. This study is a country report to evaluate the situation of technical readiness for e-Government implementation in Yemen, also to compare three case studies in term of ICT based on basic infrastructural indicators. Based on the case studies of e-Government success stories - Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and South Korea the study investigates the factors that could influence a successful e-Government deployment in Yemen. The study also showed some facts and lessons from the Korean case indicating strong ICT infrastructure and how it facilitated Korea``s placement on top of the ranks. It also established how WiMAX networks in Saudi Arabia and Egypt helped to improve the ICT infrastructure. Finally this study came up with suggestions & recommendation to the Government of Yemen to promote a sustainable e-Government Infrastructure.
