| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 애플리케이션 소프트웨어 아웃소싱 비용의 결정요인들을 찾아보고 특히 비용에 서비스 수준 협약이 미치는 영향력에 초점을 맞추었다. 최근에 아웃소싱 고객과 벤더들은 서비스수준협약(SLA)을 맺고 그것을 아웃소싱 가격에 반영하고자 하고있다. 애플리케이션 소프트웨어 유지보수는 가장 많이 아웃소싱되는 기능중의 하나이지만 그것의 비용은 고객이 요구하는 서비스 수준을 반영하지 못해왔다. 본 논문은 서비스수준협약에 제시된 서비스의 긴급도 요구사항이 유지보수 프로그래머들의 시간과 벤더의 비용에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과는 벤더입장에서 프로그램을 배분할때 사용될 수 있을 것이다. | kor |
