Congestion-free flexible flow line의 out profile 생성 방법에 관한 연구A study on scheduling out profile of a congestion-free flexible flow line
본 논문은 일반적으로, 첫번째 Stage를 통과한 작업물들에 대해서 더이상 병목이 발생하지 않는 Congestion-Free Flexible Flow Line에 대한 무한 생산 능력 기반의 Planning에 대한 내용 중에서, Line의 Out 스케줄에 대한 예측 방법론에 관한 내용을 다룬다. 반도체, LCD, PCB Fab의 일부에서 Congestion-Free Flexible Flow Line을 찾아 볼 수 있다. Congestion-Free Flexible Flow Line이란, 복수의 Stage(Buffer로 구분되는 공정 단위)로 이뤄진 Flexible Flow Line 중에서, 첫번째 Stage를 통과한 Flow rate가 해당 Line 내에서 유지가 가능한, 즉, Planning에 있어서 첫번째 Stage에서의 생산 능력 제한 외에 이후 Stage에서 추가적인 생산능력 제한이 불 필요한 Flexible Flow Line을 의미한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Congestion-Free Flexible Flow Line에 대한 Out Schedule을 Profile의 형태로 예측함에 있어서, Bill of Process(BOP)와 재공 및 설비 등 기본적인 Line 현장 상태 정보만을 활용한 상대적으로 Efficient하게 적용해 볼 수 있는 방법론을 제안한다.
