실리콘을 이용한 임패트 다이오드의 설계와 제작Design and fabrication of silicon IMPATT diode
본 논문에서는 초고주파 대역에서 신호발생원으로 사용할 수 있는 Silicon IMPATT 다이오드를 제작함에 목적을 두었다. 제 III 절에서는 간단한 IMPATT diode의 동작원리를 소개하였고, 정 특성을 알아보았다. IV절에서는 Silicon wafer를 사용하여 IMPATT diode를 설계하는 과정 및 실제 Process를 소개하였으며 이에 대한 diode의 결과는 제V절에 보였다. Process상의 유의점, 문제점들은 제VI절 고찰편에서 다시 다루었으며 VII절에서 결론을 맺고 있다.
