하이브리드 데이타 교환망을 위한 단말기 및 선로의 접속에 관한 연구A study in the terminal and line interfaces for a hybrid data switching network
근래에 와서 computer의 사용이 확대되고 data terminal 사용자가 늘어남에 따라 private data system은 public data network로 발전되어 가고 있다.
본 논문에서는 CCITT X.20, X.25를 기초로한 circuit-switching방법과 packet-switching 방법을 병용한 세개의 switching node로 구성되는 한개의 Hybrid data switching network의 구성내용이 검토되었으며, 이 교환망을 위한 terminal interface와 circuit switching system의 line interface가 설계 구성되었다.
기존의 단순한 CRT / TTY terminal을 network에 연결하기 위한 terminal interface는 X.20의 protocol을 수행하는 기능외에도 간단한 editing 및 buffer 기능등을 갖도록 설계되었으며 circuit switching part는 multi - address, store-and-forward등의 user service기능이 추가되었다.
구체적 구성내용과 실험결과가 비교 검토되었다.
