멀티 밴드 OFDM UWB 시스템의 서브 밴드 발생기 설계Design of the sub-band generator in MB-OFDM UWB system
Sub-band 발생기는 다중 밴드 OFDM UWB 시스템에서 중요한 부분이다. 이러한 Sub-band 발생기의 응용분야는 홈네트워크, USB, 센서 네트웍 등 많은 분야가 있다. 본 논문에서, Sub-band 발생기는 TSMC 0.18-㎛ CMOS 공정 기술을 이용했다. Sub-band 발생기는 디바이더 회로와, 프리스케일러 /3, /4, /6 회로 그리고 두 개의 single-sideband 믹서로 이루어져 있다.
회로의 크기는 2.5mm×1.35mm 이다. 회로의 스위칭 시간과 하모닉 성분들을 분석하기 위해서 ADS의 transient 시뮬레이션을 이용했다.
