Asymmetric aziridination of styrene using monooxazoline-containing ligands모노옥사졸린 리간드를 이용한 스타이렌의 비대칭 아지리딘화 반응에 관한 연구

The Cu(Ⅰ)-catalyzed asymmetric aziridination to styrene has been studied using monooxazoline-containing ligands which have developed by our group and PhI=NTs as nitrene precursor. Imine ligands, O-containing, N-containing and P-cotaining amide chiral ligands were examined in the presence of 10 mol% catalysts. While the results by imine, N-containing and O-containing ligands showed the poor enantioselectivity, the P-containing ligands afforded impressive results. The highest enantioselectivity was obtained by ligand 89 which has (S)-benzyl substituent in oxazoline ring with 48% ee at $0^\circ C$ and ligands 92 which has (S)-t-butyl substituent in oxazoline ring with 42% ee at room temperature. To increase the enantioselectivity further, we found optimized condition and changed nitrene sources and substrates, but the enantioselectivity was not improved.
