본 발명은 미생물, 및 면역관문 억제제를 유효성분으로 포함하는 고 당분 환경에서의 뇌종양 예방 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 조성물은 고 당분 식이 환경에서 장내 미생물총의 조성 변화, 특히는 데설포비브리오나시에 과 균주 조성 변화를 유도함으로써 뇌종양 억제에 유효한 효과를 나타내므로 뇌종양 예방, 개선 또는 치료제로 이용될 수 있다.
