글루타르산 수송체 유전자가 도입된 재조합 미생물 및 이를 이용한 글루타르산의 제조방법Recombinant Microorganism Introduced Glutaric Acid Transporter Gene and Method for Preparing Glutaric Acid Using the Same
본 발명은 글루타르산 생성능을 가지는 미생물에, 글루타르산 수송체 활성을 가지는 폴리펩타이드를 코딩하는 유전자를 추가로 도입하여, 글루타르산 생성능이 증가된 재조합 미생물 및 상기 재조합 미생물을 이용한 글루타르산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 폴리아미드, 폴리우레탄, 1,5-펜타디올 및 5-하이드록시발레릭산 등의 다양한 화합물의 제조에 사용되는 글루타르산을 고수율로 생합성할 수 있다.
