본 실시예에 의한 전력 및 데이터 수신기는: 송신 코일로부터 전력 데이터 신호를 수신하는 수신 코일; 상기 전력 데이터 신호로부터 구동 전력을 형성하는 전력부 및 상기 전력 데이터 신호로부터 데이터 신호를 복조하는 데이터 복조부(data demodulation unit)를 포함하며, 상기 수신 코일은 상기 송신 코일 사이에서 제1 공진 주파수와 제2 공진 주파수가 형성될 정도로 인접하여 동작하며, 상기 수신 코일은 상기 송신 코일과의 관계에서 제1 공진 주파수 이상이고, 제2 공진 주파수 이하인 주파수에서 동작한다.
