동시 열적 리플로우 기반 마이크로 렌즈 및 이의 제작 방법Microlens based on concurrent thermal reflow and manufacturing method therof
본 발명은 동시 열적 리플로우에 기반한 마이크로 렌즈 및 그 제작 방법에 관한 것으로서, 기판 상에 다층 포토리소그래피를 통해 다층 구조의 포토레지스트층을 형성하고, 이를 한번에 현상하고 동시 열적 리플로우 처리하여, 원하는 크기, 두께 및 형상을 가지는 마이크로 렌즈를 자유로이 제작할 수 있는 마이크로 렌즈의 제작 방법과 이를 이용해 제작된 마이크로 렌즈에 대한 것이다.
