The carboxyl group of a carbon nanotube (CNT) is combined with an amino group of a chemical substance having amino and thiol groups, to obtain CNT modified by thiol group. A metal is then combined with the thiol group of the modified CNT, to obtain a conductive CNT dotted with metal. Independent claims are included for: (1) conductive CNT dotted with metal and having a formula of (I); (2) manufacture of conductive CNT pattern, which involves providing a base material with thiol group exposed to the surface with pattern form, combining the metal of conductive CNT with the thiol group of base-material surface, combining conductive CNT with bonded conductive CNT, laminating conductive CNT, and repeating lamination; (3) manufacture of conductive CNT film, which involves manufacturing conductive CNT pattern, and raising conductive CNT density; (4) conductive CNT pattern and film having a structure of (II); (5) conductive CNT-biosensor having target bio-substance and bio-receptor which couple together or react, attached to conductive CNT having formula (III), conductive CNT pattern having a structure of (IV) or conductive CNT film having a structure of (V); (6) manufacture of conductive CNT-biosensor; (7) conductive CNT-M-nucleic acid composite comprising a nucleic acid attached to metal (M) of conductive CNT having a form CNT-(CONH-R 1-S-M)r, or an enzyme substrate attached to metal (M) of conductive CNT having a form CNT-(CONH-R 1-S-M)r; (8) manufacture of nucleic acid chip, which involves fixing an amine group of the conductive CNT-M-nucleic acid composite to the base material which is attached to a surface; and (9) a DNA chip produced by fixing an amine group of the conductive CNT-M-nucleic acid composite to the base material which is attached to a surface. CNT-(CONH-R 1-S-M)r (I) M : metal; r : 1 or more; and R 11-20C (un)saturated hydrocarbon, or aromatic organic group; base-material-[CONH-R 2-S-M-CNT-M-(S-R 3-S-M-CNT-M)p]q (II) p,q : r; and R 2,R 3R 1. CNT-(CONH-R 1-S-M)r (III) base-material-[COHN-R 2-S-M-CNT-M-(S-R 3-S-M-CNT-M)p]q (IV) base-material-[COHN-R 2-S-M-CNT-M-(S-R 3-S-M-CNT-M)p]q (V) M : metal; and r, p, q, R 1-R 3as mentioned above.
