YBA2CU3O7-X초전도체의개선된제조방법IMPROVED METHOD FOR PREPARING YBA2CU3O7-X SUPERCONDUCTOR
본 발명은 Y : Ba : Cu의 비가 2:1:1인 소결체를 액상 형성 분말로 둘러싸서 압분체를 만들고 이를 YBa2Cu3O7-x의 포정 반응 온도 이하의 온도에서 등온 열처리하는 것으로 이루어지는 YBa2Cu307-x초전도체의 제조 방법이 제공된다. 이 방법에 의해 제조된 YBa2Cu307-x초전도체는 입자들이 한 방향으로 배열되어 높은 임계 전류 밀도를 갖는다.
