복수 개의 노드들 및 복수 개의 링크들을 포함하여 정의되는 신호전달네트워크에 있어서, 상기 각각의 링크에 매핑되는 가중치를 산출하는 방법을 공개한다. 이 방법은, 상기 각 링크에 연결된 소스 노드 및 타겟 노드에 관한 정보, 및 상기 각 링크에 매핑된 가중치의 부호에 관한 정보를 포함하는, 상기 신호전달네트워크의 구조정보를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 구조정보를 이용하여 상기 각 링크에 매핑된 가중치의 값을 생성하는 가중치 생성단계를 포함한다.
