본 발명은 열전물질 파우더, 바인더 및 유리프릿을 포함하는 열전 페이스트 조성물을 기판 상에 도포하는 단계; 상기 기판 상에 도포된 열전 페이스트 조성물을 1차 소결하는 단계; 및 상기 1차 소결된 열전 페이스트 조성물을 가압하여 2차 소결하는 단계;를 포함하는 열전소재의 제조방법, 및 이로부터 제조된 열전소재에 관한 것이다.
