A multilayer antenna solution, using the standard printed-circuit-board (PCB) process, is proposed in this paper for the 60-GHz phased array antenna. This design focuses on solving the fabrication process and wideband for Gbps wireless communication system. Applications of the proposed antenna are the WBAN, and VR of body-centric wireless communication. When the body device communicates other device in NLos (Non Light of Sight), because the beam is blocked, the communication is not possible. Therefore, the array antenna for beamforming is proposed to solve the NLoS situation. In addition, to solve interference, through VGA (Variable Gain Amplifier), different powers come into the antenna. The power distribution of binomial distribution has a characteristic of the lowest side lobe. So, the proposed antenna system solves the interference problem with VGA. The multilayer structure consists of six prepregs, one core, and eight metals. On the first and second metal layers, the proposed antenna with parasitic patch is introduced for making additional resonant frequency. On the third metal layer, the proposed L-probe solving density rule is introduced for making a wideband utilizing a cap effect. On the fourth layer, there is a ground plane. On the fifth layer, the signal line using CPW is introduced. Moreover, two parallel slots were inserted in a single antenna to have a wide bandwidth. The proposed single antenna gain is 6.3 dBi at 60 GHz and it& amp; rsquo; s bandwidth (|S11|& lt; -10 dB) is 56.7 GHz - 66.4 GHz (9.7 GHz, 16%). Based on the single antenna, a $4 \times 4$ array antenna is realized in the dimension of $15 mm \times 15mmm \times 0.702 mm$. The gain of a array antenna is 17.3 dBi at 60 GHz. The SRR of a array antenna without beam-shaping is 14 dB and the SRR of a array antenna with beam-shaping is 24 dB at 60 GHz. The maximum beam-tilting angle fo beam-forming is 37 deg.
