Low Power, Low Noise ADC architectures are studied, which is required for bio-signal acquisition. Using TSMC 180nm technology and with a supply of 1.8V, over 80dB SNR ADC with differential 1.2Vpp input is designed and verified. To reduce noise, a power-efficient higher-order noise-shaping is achieved using Continuous-Time Delta-Sigma Modulator (CT DSM) applying Digital Noise Coupling technique. An Incremental operation is applied to enable multiplexing between the channels.
