dc.description.abstract | Chemical sensing technology is one of the key topics mentioned in the 4th industrial revolution movement due to its importance in tracking invisible, yet harmful environmental substances. In particular, sensors that detect gas or vapor phase chemical analytes can be utilized in various high-tech applications. Especially, nanomaterials show superior potential for high-performance chemical sensor due to its large adsorption sites, quantum confinement effects, and miniaturization for device integration. In this thesis, we design and develop the high-performance chemical sensors with nanomaterials optimizing morphological/electrical properties. | - |
