투명 플렉시블 전극 구조체 및 그 제조방법Electrode structure for transparent flexible organic electronic device and methods of fabricating the same
본 발명은 ZnO를 기지로 하되 상기 기지 내에 도펀트로서 마그네슘(Mg) 및 알루미늄(Al) 중 적어도 어느 하나가 도핑된 투명 전도성 전극을 구비하되, 상기 기지는 원자층 증착 공정(ALD)나 화학적 기상증착 공정(CVD)에 의하여 복수의 ZnO 단위막이 적층되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 플렉시블 전극 구조체를 제공한다.
